The message

A message could simply say ‘It’s a Girl’ or could use a verse like ‘Sugar and Spice and Everything Nice’ which is also well-know as applying to a girl.

Picture

A picture of a baby girl or a little girl is also a good indicator to guests that the baby is going to be a girl.
